Ingredients<\/h2>\n

The history of fruit jellies (p\u00e2tes de fruits<\/a>) dates back to the 10th century. To be able to store fruit in winter, it was preserved in this unusual way. We have remained faithful to the original recipes by guaranteeing a minimum fruit content of 50%. The result is a moment of intense pleasure in a fruit jelly. What is more, our fruit jellies are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and do not contain any preservatives, artificial flavourings or colourings.<\/span><\/p>\n

We do not use any gelatine in our fruit jellies. The solid form with a soft texture is obtained by using pectin that comes from apples or lemons.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our fruit jellies are made of pure fruit. That means that we do not use any milk or cereals during production.<\/span><\/p>\n

We add elderberry, spirulina and safflower concentrate to our fruit jellies with 50% fruit to obtain the desired colour. In our 70% fruit recipe, the colour comes entirely from the fruit used.<\/span><\/p>\n

The flavour of our fruit jellies mainly comes from the fruit we use. Some of the flavour is lost during the cooking process. This is why we add natural flavours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recipes<\/h2>\n

Our fruit jellies are available in three different recipes: Pure, Delicate and Intense. Each is the result of our many years of experience. The fruit percentage determines the intensity of the taste and colour of each recipe.<\/span><\/p>\n

We use more than 50% fruit in our \u2018Pure\u2019 recipe.\u00a0Our \u2018Delicate\u2019 recipe contains a minimum of 60% fruit and our \u2018Intense\u2019 recipe has a fruit content of 70%. The result is an exquisite delicacy with an intense, fruity taste.<\/span><\/p>\n
