Fruit jellies (pâtes de fruits) are a confectionery product dating back centuries: their origins can be traced back to the 10^th century. Their sweet, pure fruit taste is still much loved as a delicacy today. This is exactly what you taste in our fruit jellies. Confidas has remained faithful to the original recipes by guaranteeing a minimum fruit content of 50% and not adding any artificial colours or flavours.

Our fruit jellies are available in three recipes: 50%, 60% and 70% fruit content.

100% vegan ingredients

We do not use any gelatine in our fruit jellies. Instead we use pectin from apples or lemons. The pectin is what provides the soft texture with a hint of bite.

No artificial colouring

We add elderberry, spirulina and safflower concentrate to our fruit jellies with 50% fruit, and to a lesser extent to the ones with 60% fruit, to obtain the desired colour.
