ISM 2020

From February 2 to February 5 in 2020 Confidas will be showcasing its pâtes de fruits at ISM. ISM (International Sweets and Biscuits Fair) is the world’s largest trade fair for confectionary and snacks taking place annually in Cologne. It is a trade fair especially for producers and importers of the industry. ISM is known to be the perfect place to get informed about all the confectionary trends and market action. Over the years Confidas has become a fixed value, being a loyal ISM participant since the 80s.

In 2020 ISM will focus on the trend ‘Snacks and Natural Snacks’. Also in the world of sweets and snacks the focus continues to lie on a conscious diet. Consumers expect more balanced and more natural products with functional added value which at the same time taste good. During ISM 2020 products will be showcased from suppliers of vegan products, dried fruit and vegetables, fruit, energy and sports bars, as well as products free from additives.

The use of natural ingredients has always been very important for Confidas. Our pâtes de fruits are made of minimum 50% fruitpuree, are vegan and free from artificial colours and flavours. From February 2 to 5 we will showcase our products in our renewed booth in hall 4.2, N011. Come and try our fruitbars among other things!
